CHRISTIAN OUTREACH JUSTICE MISSION SIERRA LEONE (Comin-SL) REPORT ON THE LAUNCH OF URBAN AND RURAL COMMUNITY SPORTS PROJECT HELD ON 11TH -12TH JULY 2016 IN MANO DASSE TOWN, MOYAMBA DISTRICT, SOUTHERN SIERRA LEONE

INTRODUCTION

The project ultimate aim is to transform and develop the lives of young people together with the communities they live engaging both out of school going and school going in sporting activities of various disciplines. For that matter, the project uses an integrated approach bringing on board all formal educational institutions in Mano town for the launching event. In order to achieve its aims, Christian Outreach Justice Mission Sierra Leone has forged partnership with FC Bayern Munich in Germany and International Sport and Cultural Association in Denmark. Potential partners for similar initiative include World Sport Ministry in UK and the United Nations Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP) in Switzerland etc. Henceforth, the Community Sports Project will promote football/soccer, athletics, volley ball and more. The football/soccer under the community sports project outfit will be Comin United FC with yellow stripe and blue colours while FC Bayern Fan Club football outfit will be FC Bayern Salone
